Set on nearly five gated acres, this recently cleared Palisades Fire site offers a rare opportunity to rebuild in a highly desirable coastal setting. The property enjoys sweeping ocean and sunset views extending to Point Dume. The owner is actively pursuing expedited approvals through a fast-track fire rebuild program, presenting a streamlined path for redevelopment. The expansive grounds are well-suited for equestrian use, with ample space for a pasture, or can be transformed into beautifully landscaped gardens. Existing solar infrastructure is already in place, and there is additional room to incorporate amenities such as a sports court.
