Another REALTOR without her experience could have easily mishandled a number of situations in which we could have lost the property. She coordinated every detail with our bank, the listing agent and buyer, the escrow company, the HOA, and our vendors, and everyone reported back that it was always a pleasure to work with someone so competent and reasonable. Not only is she extremely professional, but she is also hilarious and fun and has become a friend. She has all the insider tips on our new neighborhood (Studio City) and in so many ways, we've learned so much from her. Can't recommend working with Debbie more! Do it!
Debbie is an amazing agent. She patiently and thoughtfully worked with my husband and I to find our home. She is knowledgeable and kind and honest. We were never disappointed with her feedback and she never failed to meet even our most particular demands. We were not easy to work with but Debbie never flinched or wavered when we needed to see a property a thousand times or ask a million questions. She walked us through the process and, as first time home buyers, that meant that she had to guide us through everything from putting in the offer to negotiating and closing and, even after closing, Debbie has continued to be an excellent resource for us, helping us to settle in by offering referrals for handymen and advice on remodeling. I can't recommend her enough. We never had a single doubt about Debbie and look forward to working with her again someday when we are ready to buy a new home.
Debbie and I started working together early in 2011 when my husband and I were considering selling or renting our current home and purchasing a lesser-value home in order to reduce our mortgage expenses. Debbie knew going in that we might not actually go through with the move, but that didn’t stop her from giving us great service! I loved working with Debbie! Every day was a fun adventure, and she had an excellent idea of what we were looking for. She found a home for us which I still wish I had purchased. It was so unique, and fit our needs so well. We came very close to making an offer, but in the end, it turned out that we didn’t need to move after all. Debbie will be the first person I turn to if we ever decide to purchase a new home.

Debbie got to know us well so could show us the best houses for us. My husband and I like completely different types of houses, and we both ended up very happy, house-wise and investment-wise. Debbie knows all the details such as areas that will appreciate faster, how to get the most house for your money, what you have to look at down the road, and what schools are best where.
